Training will be provided on Wednesday July 29 at 9:00 am for the agents at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for the TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures that will be required for all consumer related real estate transactions with applications taken on or after August 1, 2015. (There is a request that has been submitted to the Congressional Review Authority by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to amend the Dodd-Frank Act to move the effective date to October 3. 2015. No word yet on an approval for this request.) All training materials and breakfast will be provided.
